All products are subject to availability.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Used containers may show signs of wear consistent with industry grading standards.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Delivery fees are calculated separately unless clearly stated as included.
Quotes provided are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only once:
Written confirmation is issued, and
Payment or agreed deposit has been received.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during checkout or quotation.
For custom container builds, a deposit is required before production begins.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on:
Stock availability
Location
Site accessibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and offloading space.
Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and offloading.

6. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect goods at delivery.
Any discrepancies or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email, with supporting photographs.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect claims eligibility.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-built or modified containers are non-returnable once production has commenced.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to administrative costs.
Deposits for custom containers are non-refundable once production has started.
If dispatch has occurred, delivery and return transport fees will apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
Premium Merchandise Groups, shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Delays caused by third-party transport providers
Site access restrictions beyond our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product supplied.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Civil unrest
Transport disruptions
Government restrictions
